SFR - New Designation
I'm pleased to write that I have earned a new designation, with additional training and education - the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, or SFR.
Short sales are now the "new normal" transaction. According to the National Assn. of Realtors, "Knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as
help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good
skills to have in today’s market—they are critical."
The SFR will help me network with more professionals who buy and sell short sale properties, as well as stay up to date with government and local laws and changes for buyers and sellers.
