Daytona and Ormond Beach Real Estate Market Statistics for November, 2009
I have just reviewed the monthly statistics for our areafrom the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Serviceand I thought you'd like to know the current activity from November 1, 2009to November 30, 2009.
As of Dec. 1, there are 5357 active residential listings: 2745 listed houses, and 1225 listed condos, including 470 new houselistings and 131 new condo listings in November.
For sales, 281 houses closed and 83 condos sold, between November 1, 2009and November 30, 2009.
Last month, therewere 2696 active house listings, and 1261 condo listings - sohouse listings have increased some, and condos decreased slightly. Forsales in October, 218 houses closed, so there was a significant increase ofsales in November. 75 condos sold in October, and there was a slightincrease in those numbers as well.
