Real Estate Market News for the Daytona Beach Area October, 2009
I
have just reviewed the October statistics for our area from the Daytona
Beach Area Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service and I
thought you'd like to know the current activity from October 1, 2009
to October 31, 2009.
As
of Nov. 1, there are 5384 active residential listings: for single
family homes, 2696 are listed, with 447 new listings and 218 houses
sold between October 1, 2009 and October 31, 2009.
There are 1261 active listed condos: 172 came on the market, and 75 sold between October 1, 2009 and October 31, 2009.
The
market has stabilized for now, based on slightly increased listing and
sales activity over the previous few months. For a breakdown by price
