Volusia County Sales Statistics
I've written recently about the market turnaround in the Daytona Beach area, and countywide for Volusia County. Nothing tells the story better than numbers, though, so here are charts of sales based on county recordings through March, 2009. The prices are down and numbers of sales decreased, but these represent opportunities for buyers. I can't say it often or strongly enough. Our market does seem to have bottomed, or is close, and when investors jump back in, prices will rise. Take advantage of the rates and low prices now!
