January Market Statistics for the Daytona Beach Area
I have just reviewed the monthly statistics for our area from the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service and I thought you'd like to know the current activity from January 1, 2009 to January 30,2009.
There are currently 5654 Active residential listings. There are 3243 listed houses as of today and 146 houses have sold between Jauary 1, 2009 and January 31, 2009. There are 1519 listed condos as of today with 45 condos having sold between January 1, 2009 and January 30, 2009.
